About Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Cabinets

Laminar Air Flow Cabinets operate on laminar flow principle and involves double air filtration through coarse pre filters (upto "5" microns) and HEPA filters (down to"0.3"microns) for filtration of biological and particulate contaminants. A constant uni-directional air flowing either vertically or horizontally, is drawn from atmosphere and passed through pre as well as HEPA filters onto the work surface. Duro-board, which is pest and weather resistant is used in the fabrication. It is clad in from outside in laminated sheet, while the inner exposed areas are Epoxy painted. Stainless steel is used for making table top. Clear plexiglass is used for making side panels, which are fixed. This material is also used for making folding front door.

Prefilters:-

DOP tested according to Standard BS:"2831" with efficiency "90%" down to "5 microns.

Made of washable synthetic material.

HEPA Filters:-

Fabricated from Microglass fibre with corrugated aluminium foil separators. DOP tested according to US Standard"209B."Efficiency"99.97%"down to 0.3"microns.

Blower Units:-

Assembly of AU or equivalent motor workable on"220V"AC" 50Hz single phase, dynamically balanced blowers. This makes the unit create less vibration and noise.
