Laminar Air Flow Cabinets

These laminar air flow cabinets operate on laminar flow principle, involving double filtration of air through coarse Pre Filters (upto 5 microns) and Hepa filters (down to 0.3 microns). The Biological & Particulate contaminants are efficiently filtered. A constant uni-directional, horizontal or vertical air flow is drawn from atmosphere and passed through both, pre and Hepa filters onto the work surface. Reinforced pest and weather resistant Duro-board is used in fabrication, which is clad in from outside in laminated sheet and inner exposed area is finished in Epoxy paint. Stainless steel sheet for table top. Fixed side panels made of clear plexiglass. Tje folding front door is made of clear plexiglass.

Pre filters:-

DOP tested as per Standard BS: 2831 with efficiency 90% down to 5 microns.

Made of Washable synthetic material.

Hepa Filters:-

Made of Micro glass fibre with corrugated Aluminium foil separators. DOP tested as per US Standard 209B. Efficiency 99.97% down to 0.3 microns.

Blower Units:-

Assembly of AU or equivalent motor workable on 220V AC 50Hz single phase, dynamically balanced blowers for less vibration and noise

Optional K-System:-

The K-System includes the specialist requirement of sperm, ocyte and embryo handling during procedures in both, human and animal reproduction. The K-system is built into a Laminar Flow Cabinet. The utensils are often warmed by the part heating of the table plate of the cabinet. The transmitted light source and the regulation transformer for the stereo microscope are placed under the SS table plate, with a window for transmitted light developed into the table plate.
