We at Engineering LaboratoryEquipments has a vision to develop & design Shell Tube Heat Exchanger so asto meet the customer™s requirement through continual endeavor & innovation.

Our company is well managed witha team of highly qualified personnel with an experience of more than twodecades and active involvements in foreign business to develop.

Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger arepopular in industries because they occupy less space and offer reasonabletemperature drop.

The apparatus consists offabricated SS shell, inside which copper tubes with baffles on outer side arefitted.

This is two-pass heat exchangerso that hot water passes to one end of shell through the tubes and returns toanother end through remaining tubes. The cold water is admitted at the one endof shell, which passes over the hot-water tubes. Valves are provided to controlthe flow rates of hot and cold water. Flow rates of hot and cold water aremeasured using Rotameters. A magnetic drive pump is used to circulate the hotwater from a re-cycled type water tank, which is fitted with heaters andDigital Temperature Controller.
