About LIQUID PHASE CHEMICAL REACTOR APPARATUS

Description

Present set-up consists of a reactor vesselfitted with variable speed agitator and detachable baffles. This unit isdesigned to study chemical kinetics. Reactants are fed to the reactor, usingpump and flow is regulated and monitored by individual Rotameter. An adjustableoverflow device is provided in the reactor to conduct the experiment ondifferent reactor volume.

A Stainless Steel Coil is immersed in the reactorthrough which the hot water supply is circulated. Temperature of the hot wateris controlled by means of Temperature Controller and it enables the students toenhance the experimentation capabilities
